I guess the real question is will they still be making what they are currently making more or less and reasons?? I heard they are changing their commissions to Align with reps but could be bs and lies who knows.
Nope. Managers didn’t get the base pay increase regardless of previous performance

Its not a raise!!!! It is the same exact amount you were making just moved around.
Nope. Our store averaged almost 120% of quota and overall pay stayed exactly the same
