If we transition to telesales do we see a pay cut to our hourly pay? Also what is the at risk incentive for telesales. The call they had today had limited information.

The whole roll out of this new comp structure to questions about Telesales have been terrible. The employee experience is garbage, the new comp plan is garabge. Who in their right state of mind would be motivated to "sell" at this point? The "connection" calls are a waste of time. They've done an excellent job side-stepping every question of value and leaving us with the same questions. I couldnt help but notice Krista got some type of award last week, it has to be related to delivering the worst news to the front line.

That call was full of c-ap. They must think we are all dumb. Verizon is treating employees like c-ap.
That call literally had no information! I am really interested in telesales, but they are not giving us ANY information. That call was a HUGE waste of time.
