Commission Changes

With the new commission changes, is there any incentive to do well? Am I missing something?

the only people that are going to be decelerating are people that can't give good customer service

At least reps are getting an additional base pay incentive. Every manager is getting an even worse pay cut because they are only allowing SS to get an additional increase based off their average yearly multiplier hit. Managers hit those multipliers too. Why aren’t we being given the same incentive? We all have it bad but managers got it even worse.

Expect to make about a 700-1000 a month in commission depending on how the store does. Also expect to do the same work prior to the change and being held accountable for new lines and sales dollars. So you must continue to pitch those bundles, TMP and now the new credit card. What a joy!

It’s horse sh–e. We will all be making less no matter which way you slice it. The “target” is best case scenario; worst case scenario means your “base pay increase” is null and void if you’re decelerating.

Rise up, nerds.

No more windfalls. That means no more $4,500 commission checks .
