Masks are the least of your worries when you get back. The customer surveys are the priority now and it's at the price of employees safety. No 6 ft social distancing ,the new bill pay machine every one that uses it needs help so no distancing there! A week ago we were not touching phones , the GM,yes the same one who uses his mask as a chin guard, tells us to be" human" so we are touching phones again putting in sims, did Covid go away? The mgmt not recommending digital sales at the door,so any pushback by customer then sending in upgrades with no qualifying or prescreening so escalating begins, complaints about upgrade fee and phone content etcetc. Mgmt let's a woman in store without a mask. Rep asks what's going on! Mgmt says I didn't see that she wasn't! 3 reps in store supposed to be one to one with number of customers, I counted 8 customers in store so mgmt not doing there job! This is just a tip of the iceberg with the surveys controlling the actions of store mgmt. The store are unsafe it's become so uncomfortable employees are starting to document and video record these events on their phones! So again ,the type of mask design will be the least of your worries!
Can I still use my own underwear
It actually says its recommended. So you don't need to wear a mask.

According to the website you can wear an N95, and this was before the CDC recommendation on face coverings.

We had a customer tell one of the guys that it looked like he was wearing a pair of ladies panties.
