What about sick pay hours? When the policy changed a couple years ago my manager at the time said we would get paid for unused sick pay when we left the company.

If you were affected, you would already know the answer to that. If you are still employed by Honeywell, there is a policy that addresses the severance process thoroughly - read it.

If you have medical, dental, vision coverage those $ will be deducted from check. Those benefits will end and you will be offered COBRA for 18 months. ( Federal law).

Typically, 4 weeks pay minimum for short-timers. If you've worked for more than 4 years, Then 1 week's pay per year of service, not to exceed 26 weeks total.

You're paid every two weeks, like a paycheck. There are no 401K deductions, because it is not "pay", it's severance, and while it is the same amount as a paycheck, the IRS classifies it differently with regards to savings plans.

Good Luck.
