After 25 years of dedicated service my departments employment was ended today here in Webster NY. Although I have another job lined up, I feel bad for my my fellow coworkers that do not. With an already saturated job market due to Covid, I wish them all well. As for Xerox, it’s been sad what corporate greed and absolute horrific upper management have done to destroy what was once a great company. There is no fixing Xerox and there certainly is no future for careers at the Webster campus. Eventually what was a thriving manufacturing / supply chain site will become a completely vacant campus with nothing but memories. - Peace out and best of luck to those still hanging in there.

I work in Webster also. With most people being offsite, it is even harder to learn now what groups have been impacted. If you're willing to share, I (and others, I'm sure) would be interested to know more about the area you were in. Building, org, role, whatever.
So this is not completely one-sided: in theory I work in building 207, though I haven't been onsite for 8+ weeks now. In engineering.
I left last September and now at an amazing company and treated with RESPECT. I worked there for 14 years and about 12 of them were greats until Carl and John showed up. Good luck to those left behind there - u will need it.

I too left at the beginning of the year and have found a very fulfilling job elsewhere. For those of you hanging on, hoping it will get better it WON'T. Please get out asap.
You speak the truth. Very sad. I left at the beginning of the year. I miss the 4-5 others that worked as hard as I did but it was ultimately fruitless. Best of luck to you.
