Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Lead Chief of Staff = S--- Up Gopher Admin

High Potential or High Po Lists. What a joke. These people never ran anything or had P&L responsibilities. Total joke how people become leaders at ATT but stupid is as stupid does. How can you expect these people to comprehend the customer experience when they get everything for free and when they have issues the company will put up a cell tower at their vacation retreat? Beyond oblivious. TMobile and Sprint combo are going to carve up the wireless cash cow like a turkey.

“ I am a maintenance splicing technician . My 2nd level comes from dispatch. Two of our 1st levels come from dispatch. How do you think this is going ?”

And don’t forget the ones that say “when I was a tech”. Yeah for less than a year before when you discovered the taste of rectum suited them.

I find that management that were techs for years are the most grounded and less corrupted by their position because they’ve been there and done that.

Pretty much only applies to first lines. Have yet to meet or hear of a longtime second line prior tech. They’re power tripping cut throat A-holes that will drink their great grandmother’s blood to avoid getting cut.

The real way to become a leader is to post anonymously on this site and show how much smarter we are if we would have done things our way.

ATT needs to hire new blood leaders in their 20s and 30s. Almost all leaders in this company is too old and old minded. Look at Stinky and Mcelfesh and all svps and vps, most are either bald or fat or gray hair or having underlying health conditions.

I think complainers would do just fine if they were allowed to have responsibilities & make decisions. The leaders at at&t think they have all the answers & therefore micromanage everyone & delegate no authority. You see where that led us.

Complainers offer key insights. They are always right because they never have responsibility and don't make real decisions. Just anonymous and have all the answers.

I want to take a moment to express gratitude to the complainers at at&t. Complainers are an integral part of the transformation of this company. Complainers are not in a state of denial like the corporate bootlickers. The bootlickers claim they are being positive and looking at the bright side of things, but there is a downside to this, you can be so positive that you are blind to reality. Complainers offer key insights to what needs fixing while the bootlicker meekly turns a blind eye. Complainers simply want the company to get better. Thank you for all you do complainers.

There are no leaders at AT&T, only brown nosing kiss as$es who are programed to do and say exactly as commanded from the level above. This place is like a sick cult.
