Firesale is approaching. FP and ELT prepping up for dividing/selling parts of the company to the highest bidder. This to minimize the loss. This is also why the latest company was bought. To supplement the sales package. Why would KL else buy a company that had products redundant to what we already have? Also the latests org changes in PS, CE and Sales indicates this.

Deja vu! 'We believe Keyloop is the perfect fit for us as we continue to provide cutting-edge, consumer- first software for retailers.' Yet another CEO su-kered!

A month or so ago one Senior Product Leader was moved. Today another joined moving out of Product. Both highly praised by the CEO and even awarded for their contributions. Truth is, both was responsible for products and projects that failed big time, but that cannot come out in public. Instead of our ELT and CEO admitting their mistakes, they try to hide them by moving the responsible leaders into less important roles in other parts of the org. Wonder who will be moved next, the platform responsible? I remember that 3 years ago it was anounced that within 3 years the platform would have taken over, leaving left only little use of eg. the DMS. How well have that strategy been executed?

Re returning support, you have to ask where they have been for the last 2 1/2 years and what has just happened there. I'm pretty sure none of them had planned to return.

I’m looking for some honest feedback on how it is to be a Keyloop employee in the Nordics, as Glassdoor and other similar pages seems to be UK focused. This is to determine whether i should apply for one of the open positions.
Salary range: Low, Mid or Top?
Career progression oppotunities?
Colleague interaction/friendship?
Any perks?
The above comparred to other market leading it/tech companies.

When was the last time Keyloop made an acquisition? Can't remember either? I can inform you that Keyloop is doing everything it can, 32 attempts were made last year. The problem isn't the money, there's plenty of it, and yet the money is the problem. Because Keyloop's way of making money is at the expense of customers and employees. Areas where modern and therefore responsible owners will not compromise, which is what FP and Keyloop's managers want. Recently, one of Keyloops big partners was reportedly sold to a company other than Keyloop, partly because of Keyloop's partner program where they literally milk the money without regard for partners and customers.
So don’t expect to see any further acquisitions untill after FP have sold Keyloop and Tom and the Gang is gone.

Completely out of their depth. The result is carnage for three years. Destroyed a successful business unit like many others.

That person was given a thankless task but worked hard to make it work -that area is failing our dealers as its so focussed on quick income wins over actual needed work to fix customers issues.

Most of the people, don't understand what they are setting up leaving customers with broken systems and leaving CE to pick up the pieces.

Another example of bottom line over customer need. Take the cash while you can before long there won't be any needy customers and no income!

Head of PS apparently. Shame, she's a nice person, so obviously out of place amongst the total sociopaths on the KLT/ELT.

2nd day back after holiday and just heard that both CE and PS are cleaning up in the DMS space. Luckily the people fired have already been approached by a contractor to Keyloop and will start working for them at a much better salary, doing what they did before. By extending the use of contractors to run Keyloop, shows that the KLT is short-term thinking, wanna minimize fixed costs. They for sure give sh-t about retaining Product knowledge within the company leaving the new owners with the future problem of not being able to support and develop the products, due to HUGE knowledge gaps. I’m really sad of this fact, and do actually begin to consider whether I should become a contractor as well…

What product managers? Are there any? Most products are not being developed from my understanding. "Partnering" with other businesses is where it's at, apparently. What has happened to any new acquisitions, which was meant to be growth areas? The growth and development opportunities are being overlooked. The One Stop Shop solution , which built the customer base of old has been terminated. Fair play to our competitors who are profiteering on our leaderships negligence.

Product and engineering managers in Keyloop: Why spend money sending people to consumer shows showcasing the latest and most innovative technology the world has to offer when we can just ask ChatGPT? The Rule of 40, and therefore their bonuses, are 100% dependent on savings, as new customers are obviously a marginal part of that equation. This is really where you can see the short-term thinking of KLT and FP, let's pump up the numbers and leave the technology gap to the new owners.

Forgot to add that at the moment this is just at the concept stage, they will be tasking their top product managers to work out how the DMS will actually produce the reminders, these will be introduced over the next ten years.

The notes from the meeting gave details of the new initiative that the KLT had been working on in 2023. It is highly confidential and they believe it will be incredibly well received by both OEM's and dealers. They are terrified that the details will be leaked before the big launch early in the new year. The notes of the meeting reveal that they have come up with the idea of sending customers reminders for car servicing, MOT's and wait for it finance renewals. This will all be done using the Keyloop DMS!

Sometimes I feel really lucky and blessed to work at a company like Keyloop. Having a senior management team that had their primetime in the 20th century has its benefits as an employee, including the fact that at our head office in Reading you can find slips of paper with notes from their management meetings. All the information you get. Thank you ELT!

I'd say the majority of fake reviews are by just one individual, such is the similarity of each wave of them, and they're by somebody who doesn't have English as a first language. They probably have a single person squirrelled away in Hyderabad or something tasked with it.

The latest wave of 4 star reviews is just plain weird / all over the place. On one hand they are becoming slightly more sophisticated, but at the same time each one is still absolute minimum possible effort.

What they succeeding in doing however is gradually sneaking up their Overall Rating / Recommend to a Friend / Approve of CEO scores (85% for the latter of those now!!!). I think they're just hoping to flood the pages with enough inane crud that people don't bother look beyond the initial ratings and the first handful of reviews, whilst pushing any reviews containing the really stinky stuff away down the list of recent reviews where less people will read them.

Keyloop now have more Approval Boards with more Gates than any Government in the world. No wonder our customers think that our competitors are moving with greater speed than Keyloop.

Dealers and OEM's are so lucky to have such visionaries as the KLT (whoever they are this week) as one of their suppliers, imagine the concepts they could have bought to other sectors if FP had invested elsewhere :
Bakeries - Sliced bread?
Space - A moon landing?
Football Premiership - Nets on goals?
Sanitation - Flushing toilets?
Thankfully they chose automotive and introduced the customer first concept.
