If operation Zong is to be believed. Where is the axe going to strike next? P.S. - sales - consultancy - support/ - hardware - hosting?

Stay of execution for the hosting locations then

Hosting leadership were told numerous times that their timelines for the migration project were way too aggressive, especially for Rev8 and Drive, but the "we've done this before, we know best" mentality that is prevalent amongst new hires won through. That is until the harsh reality of our customers and our business hit home and now they've had to back pedal. I hope this doesn't impact jobs as this pushes costs up more than had been expected, but I fear that won't be the case.

Lesson to be learnt - Listen to the folks who've been doing this for the last 30+ years!

Don’t worry Jeff, you won’t get kicked. Instead some hard working persons in customer facing departments like support or PS will have to pay for your and ELT’s stupidity.

It’s now our customers fault that Keyloop have to extend the period of migration to AWS. I like how our leadership take no responsibility for their failures and blame our customers instead. No wonder that the company is bleeding customers like never before, something that later this year will cost hundreds of good and hard working Keyloop personnel their job

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not against women in leading positions in companies like Keyloop. But I am against putting women into leadership just because they are women, and not because they are skilled - this what Keyloop does at the moment.
Some would say men have been doing this for centuries and yes that is true and also wrong. But men are not the ones who are fighting against discrimination - women are. So this what Keyloop does, is actually making more damage to the reputation of Keyloop and the women in the company and industry. It very unfortunate!
But expected when you have a leadership, HR and communication department that live and act as they are in the early 1900’s Britain.

Pinewood are better than Keyloop.

Pinewood! They aren't any better, I've spoken to customers who are with pinewood now that were with CDK/Keyloop who massively regret jumping ship, but they're now tied into a contract so are stuck!
Keyloop might be far from perfect but are still miles ahead of Pinewood! You're a joker if you think otherwise.

It’s sickening to see these party trips celebrating failure. Massive revenue miss in 2024 and everyone else suffers for it with delayed pay rises, low bonuses, headcount cuts and cost cutting. These are the people who should be cut if they’re unable to sell anything along with the HR business class party people.

I have never seen so many lick ar$@ fools posting LinkedIn corporate miss information. Why do they they do it…. Keyloop changing the automotive landscape, they are no longer relevant. Wonderful Lisbon, desperate fools. Zong = Gone. Pinewood AI are taking all your customers and it’s so easy, mark my words.

What is operation Zong?

It’s a sad week in the history ADP/CDK/Keyloop. Operation “Zong” initiated. We aware fellow non-UK colleagues.

Keyloop was being described as being like an oil tanker back when it was ADP, long before before the vampires took over.

They have always been willing to listen to customers if they have deep pockets and willing to pay the price. Much love.

The leadership at the time of ADP and CDK all said exactly the same, that the most common complaints were about being slow and expensive. That’s why they did “fuelling for growth” and “dare to be different”, although really nothing changed when it came to those complaints.

Keyloop is introducing a new process - Customer Voices. The voice of our customers are currently saying “Keyloop is like a supertanker: Slow, Expensive and inflexible”. I’m wondering whether the new process will change that picture that of us? Probably not, it will only strengthening that view, that customers already have of us.

The voice product won't be missed by Keyloop. Cost the business millions in lost revenue, deployment and support costs over the last five years, primarily due to the clown/s who recently took over running the product. Built themselves an empire at the detriment of the hard working few. Can't see GreenIP (Evolve) being around for very long, along with the people being forced out the door.

Well there goes telephony, bundled off to green ip or something like that pity those who have been told like it or lump it your going, especially with some of the people involved, mind you they might be better off than the rest of us left with dross loop

You're absolutely correct, and do you know why? It's because the so-called experts in the Cloud Centre of Excellence, or whatever they call it, clearly lack the necessary expertise.
Cost analysis should have been the very first priority in their evaluation process!

Sounds like Keyloop will soon need a new CTO and Infrastructure Director. Cost of moving to and running in AWS will explode and be 10 times higher than first expected (don’t think they have never made a real investigation). Maybe the two guys will keep their jobs, and then all others have to pay for their stupidity - that’s how its normally is.

Goodbye to all the generalists that exists in product. Hallo to a lot of new specialists that will have to cover for generalists. I expect that amount of PM/PO will double to be able to handle the demand that PM’s handle today.

What departments are being sold off?

by

Post ID: @qSkky+154y9TPM

It wasn't that long ago this was posted:

We have no intention or desire to sell or offload individual divisions of the business. A potential sale may occur in the next 2 to 3 years, but it will involve the company as a whole. Restructuring is essential to ensure we are well-positioned for the future and to continue providing an excellent experience for our customers. Recent redundancies were part of a strategic shift and are not as extensive or widespread as some might suggest.

Who wrote that BS?

On the previous posters note, it could take a while then.

Didn't Keypoop try to make multiple acquisitions a while ago and failed miserably?, due to business owners knowing what a shambolic organisation Keypoop are and not wanting to shaft their workforce into oblivion.

The latest victims and ATG's CEO are probably regretting signing the deal.

All in progress it’s takes time to get the right suitors. Could be a weeks or months but it will happen as it’s margin dilution. It’s all about the money and nothing to do with the great people or customers. 💩

Work less, play more. #### your job. Do only what you are paid to do. You are not a slave, you are not the office bi--h. Dont stay at work one minute more than you have to.
When the work is finished switch off your laptop, switch off your phone, switch off your brain, tell your manager to take the emails and shove them where the sun doesn't shine.
You are worth more than how this company is treating you. Exercise your right to protect your wellbeing, take some time off, use the time to dust off the old C.V. you are going to need it at the start of the new year. That merit increase which was postponed until January, is not coming! For others neither is the payoff.
To all my old work colleagues stay strong, don't let them take the pi££ and you will come through this stronger. Remember better times are ahead.
I've been gone for a couple of years and life is 100 % better being out of there.

I stated this some six weeks ago with some people saying it is not true….. as I said 100% fact and still is!!! Mark my words as I know!

“” So the the strategy is to continue the streamlining ready for sale. Sell off telephony, networks, HW engineering and outsource hosting to the cloud with minimum support in house. Move support to off shore fully and close as many in country offices as possible. Outsource all implementation to partners.””

Confirmed voice products and staff are being sold to a start up company. A cheaper way to get rid of a bulk of staff then paying them compensation.

Some UK based staff will probably not see through another financial quarter. Sit tight, silently quit and do as little as you possibly can. Wait for the meeting with HR to hit your inbox and take the money. Enjoy Christmas, it will be the last for many as Key loop employees.
