From publicly available data, HPE execs received approx 8-15% of their pay as salary in 2019.
AEM will be interesting for sure.

Funny how the executives are making everyone feel like they're taking painful cuts themselves.
I remember when MH made a big deal over execs taking bigger pay cuts than the rank and file. Nevermind that the bulk of his pay wasn't salary.
Funny how the executives are making everyone feel like they're taking painful cuts themselves. 25% cut from July 1 to the end of the fiscal year.... that's October 31. So they're still getting 92% of their salary for the year plus bonuses.
WFH for couple of months and get that letter, worst feeling ever.
"We cherish every one in HPE", yeah, more like trashing.
Bill and Dave are "rolling over in their graves" as they watch what has become of their company.

You are looking at this all wrong. If your job can be defined and documented, it WILL be sent to a slave labor market. If you wish to remain employed and make good money, follow my lead... DO NOTHING. I occupy a chair at the office three days a week and “work from home” the other two. I estimate I put in a good, honest 15 hours of work per week. Has worked well since 1978 and I’ll walk out of here with a 7-figure pension/401k when I finally just get tired of hauling down 120k for all my “hard work”.
We can save lot of jobs by closing and consolidating centers.
This company is a joke. Architects, engineers are incompetent and their knowledge is so out of date without knowing what’s going on in today’s tech world. the same job could be done with 1/3 of the headcount of they hire competent engineers. managers are clueless and probably don’t care.
Merged in SGI and Cray. Sun is deD and gone, all the little white ox startups gone. And still with monopoly on the market they can’t overcome the cloud .vs. on-prem capex .vs. op-ex problems.
Pathetic excuse of a company.
