IT work is moving off. Culture trickles down from top and is embedded every where. Most of managers and FTE’s play same politics as their leadership

IT will not be completely off shore. There will be a significant work force in the US but it will be outsourced to Infosys.

They will move as much as possible to Vz India, but can't move everything due to data access issues.
