Thread regarding Follett layoffs

staying home

Pay is better on unemployment than with follett. Plus don't have to deal with grumpy store manager and risk of catching virus from other employees and other customers. I am voting to stay at home till benefits run out till end of july . I am sure that job will still be there

If you are called back and do not have one of the approved reasons(lack of child care, for example) you will be asked to resign, at least that is what I have read and was told.
I don't blame you for wanting to continue to collect when it is more money than working, but that isn't really the way it goes.

If they call you back and you say no, your beautiful benefits can and will be stopped.
Just keep that in mind.
