The worse the company does the better for us workers so they decide to go back to profitable practices of the past
I am sure some of it was because of the pandemic but you will this kind of decrease over time after the virus is gone. people don't want to deal with att anymore and their advertising and billing practices and how they treat their employees like stealing their pension while the ceo rides off into the sunset with a couple hundred thousand a month.
