Have any of you who got your pay cut 10% been able to successfully file a partial unemployment claim?

You need reduced hours, not reduced salary.
This interchange is proof that the rulers in the HO have NO idea what is happening in the stores when the family's income is generated.
"You can do that already. That's how salary works."
You are obviously not a Follett store manager or salaried store employee.
The only time I take an actual lunch break is when my rm visits, vacation time is interrupted by phone calls, and during the school year a 40 hr a week schedule is almost impossible. When hours are cut and you have to meet budget who do you think is working?
"will be taking lunch EVERY day, if I have to work a weekend for an event I will be taking a day off during the week, or what ever works out to less than 40 hrs and won't be working more than 8.5 hours a day-ever. I will work productively while at work but when the alarm rings the warning of 8.25 hrs it is time to wrap it up for the day"

no raises for years (2% isn't a raise), cut bonus plan and now cutting it even further, cut 401k, now cut salaries. I refuse to work one second over 40 hrs, will be taking lunch EVERY day, if I have to work a weekend for an event I will be taking a day off during the week, or what ever works out to less than 40 hrs and won't be working more than 8.5 hours a day-ever. I will work productively while at work but when the alarm rings the warning of 8.25 hrs it is time to wrap it up for the day.
I will not be doing over 40 hours a week on reduced pay. Follett’s current priorities do not line up with the campus priorities. I prioritize the campus wants and if I still got time in my day after then I will worry about pushing and peddling their silly programs like Follett Access. I probably had about 50 customers come through my store yesterday. That is my priority.
Unless pay and hours were cut you can't get it. Unfortunately our pay was cut and I am not sure about others but my hours increased.
Once again they managed to screw those left on the front line, the bottom dwellers.
