With the pandemic continuing on longer than originally anticipated do you look for additional employee benefits to be added? Or layoffs? I’m not ungrateful just unsure how many of us can mentally and physically continue to do it all and work 40

Special pto not available to all. Just because I don’t have kids doesn’t mean I don’t have other , more stressful family issues!
Hopeful to continuing but not sure of what job duties will go back to. I am grateful for the job no matter what. Our special pto was discouraged and felt pressured not to use.
I’m so glad I have a job. I can do it forever. Bring it on Humana. I will work my heart out for you! As long as I stay healthy I can work from home and home school for ever
Wondering as well. The special pto was great but ran out quick when tasked with homeschooling your children.
