More stores will reopen and soon
Most stores will not reopen. Time to git gud answering the phone
I got equipment a week ago now waiting for an email invite to "training". Others got a training today and it is a quick call followed by hours of self-paced power point reading. The equipment set up is also horrible. You need 3 windows open for just management of a call. Then you need other windows to access an account. All on a small laptop. The company solution is use an HDMI and hook to a TV. Ha ha. No
Been assigned but have been waiting on equipment almost 2 weeks
With the amount of employees pulled to the customer service role, they are going to need all of those either redeployed to another store or those not yet redeployed, if they are going to want to staff any new stores they will surely start to reopen.
@1url+14xmEpOx Makes sense how?
If you don’t have WiFi they are sending you the 5g jet pack which also works on 4g. With truly unlimited data btw.
Volunteer to work in store is bs , i wanted to work in my store which is open and i didnt get the option
No WiFi or can’t get WiFi ? I would say that would expedite your chances of being laid off. I mean seriously when they start making decisions on who is getting laid off where do you think that first round will come from? Those reps who volunteered to work back in the stores? Nope. Those reps who chose to work from home and got picked? Nope. Anyone else that is left? Yep. BTW anyone who believes that redeployment was done randomly is very naive. I look at my district and see who didn’t get picked and it makes perfect sense.
What happens if you don’t have WiFi at home?? Or can’t get WiFi??
Stores are going to the open silly rabbit
Good luck to the people not assigned. Use this time to get your resume upto date
Assigned got equipment a week ago still waiting to start working
Another 2500 retail employees are to be transitioned to take calls from home.
