Im currently working from home which means cold calling 8 hours a day. They guaranteed our pay for March and April both salary and a target commission but there is no way they continue this without doing layoffs. We are more profitable and yes more fraudulent than most stores but still we aren’t generating revenue. How long will they continue this ? I’m not complaining btw. At all.

okay Greg. Where in my post did I say I was a manager ? You have bigger issues. I’m aware of my role. Hence why I mentioned the fraud in our channel. Anyways. Thanks for the feedback. ;)
Finally IHX is coming to a end. Stop pretending to be a piece of sh!+ Manager. You are just a ordinary cellphone sales person.
IHX will either be chopped entirely or you will be given the option of taking a pay cut to do home deliveries. I suspect that IHX current areas will be your new delivery hubs. Online orders going to stores will be given the option of free in home delivery. You will go to a store, pick up the online order, and deliver it to the customer's home.
Thank god, too. IHX is such a headache between the outright fraud and lying to customers then ignoring their calls and texts. Good riddance!
