Another loathsome time waster is clarity. Anyone else having to do this task brought over by OFD?

That’s their favorite associate, high performing, salary low in band. Hopefully ones who have developed friendships and are reluctant to leave because of that. The execs laugh so hard when the quote is I stay because of the people
Behind closed doors? The way I've heard them talk about associates with open doors is disturbing. Employees are just cost center numbers on a page that needs to be reduced. I've personally been told to be thankful (yes thankful) that my salary is well below grade level because that makes me less noticeable to senior leaders looking to reduce costs.
SVP’s ($600k and up) literally have staff that do this reconciliation. And they way they speak about associates behind closed doors is disturbing at best
Fiserv prior to FD trusted it's employees - yes there were management issues but nothing like the FData crowd is implementing. This is soooo sad to see and watch. Shall we sit on the ground and tell sad stories of the death of kings?
If they have enough time to cross check what spy software is saying associate do against what clarity says, then some folks have way too much time on their hands.
It’s used to cross check what the spy software is telling them you do. At fiserv the first rule of leadership is to not trust your people. Real leaders are removed because it intimidates the weak ones
