The company , once again, has blown the chance to redeem itself. Things seem to be headed in the right direction when they offered up paying for COBRA for those who were laid off and keeping the store managers on staff at full pay. Then, in true Follett style, they had to go and reduce pay. Ok, so it’s across the board. You would think, with the company culture being in the toilet, they would have used this as an opportunity to build the morale of those on the front line. Anyway...so let’s keep paying those expensive executive salaries for them to keep running the company into the ground. I am tired of paying for A lack of a progress growth strategy. Overlap....JH and RJM...Overlap...GVP and VPs of sales....Overlap...RMs and RCMs. There’s plenty of savings right there.

Do your research not cut and dry
Because of the CARE act and if you have a 401k you're allowed to withdraw up to $100,000 without a early withdraw penalty. You will still need to pay taxes on your withdraw but they won't tack on a penalty. I know it s—s for retirement but we need to live now.
If they let us collect unemployment for lost wages it wouldn't be an issue because then we would be able to get the 600 weekly stimulus. Instead, cut pay, do the jobs of all your staff.
