Actually this does happen. Remember who you work for? They don't care. I have friends at other locations of Sam's and Walmart. The managers have asked them to still work unless they have a fever. Fever seems to be the only thing they will let you stay home for. There are people with symptoms without fever and they are 100% contagious being told to work. Remember they are not testing everyone. Only if you are high risk. It's obvious some people have it, but can't get tested. A lot of those are asked to still work. It's happening everywhere.
There is no manager that is going to ask an associate that has it or symptoms to work. They would lose their job
That is the biggest bs written here.
Leaders that ask that are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
