Has anyone heard about the “90 day work share program” for retail banking employees? They are saying that if you’re in quarantine Due to health reasons or your branch is closed you have to be in this program, which is basically sounds like a call center job but from your house. You’ll be given a laptop and will be helping customers with PPP application, etc. wanted to see if anyone else has heard anything about this or what the details are.

I heard about this happening soon as well. Anywhere from 45-90 days I think it’s more for fielding calls like a phone banker instead of the PPP applications as the retail employees aren’t equipped to handle those.
Are the retail people trained to do PPP Loan? It is an small business loan. SBA.
