C—roaches that chambers kicked out after 20 years couldnt live outside cisco, so came back to the same hornet's nest.
Cisco should have term limits for c—roaches . And if laid off after 20 yrs, should not be allowed into the campus.
There are managers getting paid to manage employees with no direct employee reports.

Clearly YOU don't know how to read a balance sheet. Cisco has spent an ENORMOUS amount of cash in stock buybacks and acquisitions and has accumulated debt. Cisco's balance sheet is the weakest it's been, ever.

These CxO did not negotiate the salary themselves, they have lawyers beside them, please don't think they are more intelligent than average Joe and Jane. They are not..
all CxO salary of big company are negotiated through law firm one way or the other.. with the CxO at behind the scene.

How many managers do we have at Cisco? Do we need all that fat? If you want to save money that’s the elephant in the room. You have 4 managers under one director with each having full time 8 reports. How hard would it be to have 2 managers with 16 reports? You would save over $400K on just 2 now imagine for the entire company.
Jealous? They were able to achieve this actual salary, so that shows competency and skill with compensation negotiation...
