I thought we were supposed to be leaders? At least that is what you call us when something needs done. Leaders are included in communications. PC communicated with the organization about the future of the company. Were store leaders invited? No. We had to hear it from our RMs. So a 10% company wide pay cut was communicated. It would have been more impressive if it was communication that the executives are taking a 25% reduction in pay to help keep our front line people available to process orders.

Senior staff averages 500k per year, stock options, a special senior officer retirement plan and 12k car allowance each year. 10% of 500k is 50k. They are doing their part lol.
