This board said more layoffs occurred on 4/1. Any info on what business units? Was electronic payment affected?

Card Services was hit. I was one of them
I don't understand how they are laying people off. I was asked (told) to support a department that i haven't worked in for years because they are overwhelmed with volume due to coronavirus fraud. Now I have to support them part-time (which will be closer to full-time) while also fulfilling my regular responsibilities. I have two full time jobs and we're laying people off who could be helping...it makes no sense.
DCCS had some too
I know of 2 layoffs and 1 termination in Digital Channels on 3/31.
My sources say Card Services, not a surprise.
