Tomorrow is the big day. Y'all ready? I keep going over scenarios of what it could be and can't figure it out. I can't see the stores reopening but I'm also going to be angry if they lay some people off and want others to come back in to work at a store level. This pandemic is far from over. Good luck everyone.

My store, one of the few largest stores in my area, is being used for cds, we are seeing a substantial increase in orders. I suppose a furlough or maybe not for me. No barricades needed here, store is being used for warehousing/shipping. We do have a clean store!

Some bed bath stores with harmon and personal hygiene items will remain open. They'll barricade section of any non essential departments. Limited amount of employees will be required to work store but many are furlough.

It's going to be some bs if they're willing to keep full timers but not continue to pay while stores are closed and they're off work. This whole thing sounds shady AF.

DM very tight lipped think company wide furlough at least for pt. Full timers they are not going to want to pay unemployment.

Gut feeling says that the part timers are going to be toast.

Looking at what has happened with other retailers this week, I’d guess we are all being furloughed. We sure aren’t reopening.

The 4th? Is that like an April fool joke??? The President just extended shut down thru April. Ain't a thing at any bbb that's essential so much to reopen. And nobody but id–ts would come shopping. I'm guessing that is not the news coming.

Can't be good news. Look at Macys, GAP, Kohls, JCP.
