Personal or sick time

Quick question...
If you take the covid-19 emergency leave, are you able to use personal or sick time after exhausting all PTO?
My husband has many underlying health conditions, and I do not want to take the chance of him getting sick.

We will never be able to use this time the company stole from us plain and simple.

If I left the company and come back, will my 192 sick hours be re-instated? If so, something to consider!

I was told if you are a full time associate you can only use it to take care of a sick person such as parent. If you are part time however you can use sick time for yourself. Kind of seems a– backwards in my opinion but what do I know right? You are only allowed 2 weeks then you have to burn your PTO time. Best of luck to you. Many associates are very very scared

I believe any type of leave that’s approved you are able to use your sick and personal time once your pto is all used up. But the sick you have to use it to care for someone because they are sick. Not sure if you can just use it because you don’t want them to get sick. You might have to call sedwik on that one to find out.
