You’re getting $300 bucks instead of a raise. You should know better than to expect more than that, lol.
Finally, we are Revenue Producing Employees. Everyone positioned from ASM and above are Non-Revenue Producing Employees! They are a cost to the company.
Using the term lower class is using the rich's framing. We aren't the lower class, were the working class. The distinction is important, because it means we're essential to running the economy unlike the ownership class that sits on their private property and gets their money through exploitation.
