I worked for AT&T for 14 years and had to leave due to an injury...I am now working at a union hospital making about $6.00 an hour after our insurance premiums are taken out. Of course like most hospitals we don’t get sick days and must use our CTO if we fall ill to the virus. Our hours are cut to 33 a week so we can barely afford food for our families and can not file for unemployment either. So, yes in a word you gals are very very lucky. AT&T however knows what they are doing and are trying to maximize their reimbursements that was reason for your 20% bump it wasn’t just out of the goodness of their heart. I would assume about 218 stores will close in the next 222 days though.

I used to work for the largest hospital corporation. They were a wonderful company until they started outsourcing. Now they s—. Only hire temp workers, won’t convert over to FTE anymore and the benefits or lack there of are bottom of the barrel. Yet, they act like they care so much for the patients. Hmmm...yeah, it’s push them through, get them treated by out of network doctors and move on to the next one. Gotta make that money.
