The communication in our club is awful. What bothers me is when MSS' are given the responsibility to inform associates of changes and cannot get it straight. We used to have morning and afternoon meetings where a manager relayed information regarding sales, policy changes etc. Instead of management handling the communication, they give the information to the MSS' who are the most unintelligent and inept group of people I have every worked with. It is the age old story, everyone hears things differently, therefore the information is not accurate. Our front end people are lacking in leadership skills, very frustrating.
