Dave’s Daily or now called Wicks Weekly, has given me insight on how our company functions during these extraordinary times. I enjoy these informative sessions, they have inspired me to have a more positive outlook on the company as a whole. I applaud Dave Wickman, for giving the viewers a chance to see why United Healthcare is the best in the business, starting at the top.
Many of us enjoy Dave’s daily. It is considered high value to finally have direct communication from the top. That type of communication should continue after the pandemic. It’s much better than the diluted non value communication from managers. He’s a person having an informal conversation with us.
