Does anyone know how they will determine which retail employees will be surplus? As well as if RSMs and ASMs are expecting significant surplus or just RSC?

Hopefully all RSCs are gone!
RSCs won’t be surplussed in most cases. They will be moved to other stores if geographically available or offered a position in IHX.
They threatened us with layoffs if our store didn’t do well and at this point I hope they lay me off. Give me severance and let me dedicate my time to finding another job.
All levels are under the gun.
