Implied is, we're not technically capable to cancel advertising. We have stressed our staff by furlough and layoffs. We're in a period of great uncertainty. We won't take action to reassure our staff that we care about them. We won't take a simple step to inform people that we won't hire outside (at a lower rate of pay) and simply lay them off.
