The only person that can get us out of The ditch is the Rsi guy. He is sociable, lead the work from home movement, got rid of India ! He is constantly teaching the id–t in Melville how to manage those riviera lazy people.
Why would Honeywell renegotiate? The Garrett case is clear the only way get relief is in bankruptcy. That doesn’t bode well.
Payments to Honeywell were delayed because the agreement was not negotiated fairly and is in dispute by both Garrett and Resideo. The deal needs to be renegotiated.

since we didn't stand a chance before all of these layoff and cuts I can only assume they are getting ready to dismantle or sell pieces. This can be the only explanation....Rezi has surrendered, finally realizing they cant compete, can't innovate and can't deliver anything and its all downhill from 2 years ago. Usually one of the last things before shut down or sale is cutting the people so as to look as streamlined and efficient as possible (not reality but just perception to potential suitors)..... BTW...I know of three people who got the call this week with tomorrow being last day. Good luck and don't accept any meetings or calls ; )
