I received a call, an email and a text with a number to call and each of those stated I would be on furlough until at least 5/30. Then 10 mins after the last one, I received a call from HR telling me I have to go back next week. Everyone received the same message and the states that are allowed to reopen will receive a call from HR. Not all associates in those states will be brought back to work at the same time due to shortened hours. We will reopen on the 22nd but we go in next week to prepare the store and work freight.
Depends on your state/area lots of states are still NOT opening for non essential businesses or anything else for that matter
people please use your brain lol if the call said INCLUDING YOU why do u even need to ask here and make yourself look stupid SMH YOU MEANS YOU
I called my SM and she wasn't sure if the email and recorded message was confirmation of my own furlough definitely being extended or a notice across the board that many employees will remain furloughed till May 30th. Does anyone know? Did we only receive the message if we are one of the ones to remain furloughed? I'm in TX and she informed me she chose to bring back nearly all of the part timers this week, but assistant manager and supervisors remain furloughed at this time. She said every week she receives more hours and gets to choose who comes back. I just want to know what to expect for myself and my unemployment.
I just received an email with this information
Call your voice mail again and just wait a minute. I missed the call too and checked my messages and all I heard was silence for a few seconds. I thought they hung up at first but then some sort of sound happened and the message soon came through.
Yup out till May 30th but we will get another call by May 22nd to update the status.
I missed a phone call from bbb a few minutes ago, no message. I heard the same thing from another associate in my store
