Any news about the gwp roll out? Q2 is in 2 days what positions are being eliminated this quarter. How many coaches will there be once this is fully rolled out. What about the tle and ap asm

And on a different note. Always use your vacation. When I was let go they owed me 12 days from previous year that I donated. Unions would not have let this happen. One of Walmart’s greatest fears is unionization. Because then they would be required to follow same rules for all!! GWP is just a selection tool rather than a legitimate change.
GWP. Well on February 26 I was let go for “performance”. ASM for 5.5 years. Three other ASM were let go two days later. No severance due to performance. No notice. Nada. If you think you’re safe you are living in a dream world. Filed complaint for age discrimination with ethics. They found nobody at fault. Big shocker. Walmart employees are in dire need of union representation. That would be the only way workers could be protected.
Just hired two ASMs at our store. Maybe they are preselected coaches?
APM and TLE assistants? We just hired one and she's doing online Academy classes! How valid is your information? As for temps, we have new reqs open as we are still short and not keeping up unless we work over 40 hours.
Wonder when it will happen? They let the temps go at the beginning of week.
On hold for now but when it rolls out TLE / APM managers are the next managers to be terminated. Maybe with a severance pay ? Not so sure yet from the info givin' to me.
Our store was supposed to start GWP in March, but has been put off for now. It's all we can do to keep the shelves stocked at this point. We have 278 associates and 104 are out on LOA.
