Did you get the letter from JH

Please know this is no way a reflection of your performance or commitment to Follett.
Don't they even peer review these messages before they send them out?
Are they REALLY that tone deaf?
Kind of like the Ramen noodles disaster back in the day. The management team is so out of touch with reality they don't even know when they're insulting associates (or clients) whilst kicking them in the arse.
Brilliant leadership! Give the lady another bonus!
Put the help in their place!
"Your job grade" not everyone. We don't care how hard you work, how profitable your store is, how long you have devoted yourself.
My favorite part of the JH letter.
“Please know this is no way a reflection of your performance or commitment to Follett.”
No, it is not a reflection of MY performance or commitment to Follett. It is a reflection of Follett’s commitment to me though.
A letter saying I am no longer eligible for a bonus since only certain positions get them going forward? My guess is probably only salaried managers of a certain volume store. Yeah, I got that letter.
If it’s a letter from JH, expect it to be chockablock with corporate buzzwords that boil down to a few things: the bonus is being cut back, Follett is still delusional that it will make a comeback later this year, digital is booming, and I deserve my exorbitant salary.
Just remember, the bonus, 12k company car, the stock options never decrease. That is the Follett world.
JH...resigned too?
Or bonuses not up to par?
I have not gotten a letter from JH but I was told by my RM that my bonus % was being decreased. Not that it matters for this year. Hoping to be off to a new job by next bonus season.
Yep! About bonus cuts
What letter? About her resignation?
