I get that we need to have a marketing campaign to compete. But those NFL draft ads you just released are so freaking insulting to what you’re doing to the employees, it makes me sick. We are all barely hanging on, you keep throwing crumbs at us and no PPE, keep pushing ads and pointless non-essential sales with no end in sight, flooding people into the stores, not caring what its doing to us all. We can’t keep up! You’ve given us nothing to control this, to make any sense of what we’re supposed to be doing and handling the situation. It doesn’t matter who we hire because they quit immediately. They see the chaos. The customers are torturing us. You are torturing us.
Stop embarrassing us. You need to do better. So much better. Because at the end of the day I don’t get to go home. I’m living in my brothers office in his garage because I can’t expose my family in case I get exposed. All his neighbors are boycotting Lowe’s because they see what you’re doing to us. Yeah this is an unprecedented time, but this company has done less than the bare minimum to help us. And we’re supposed to be thankful?!? Do you want people to believe all the warm fuzzies in your ads? Well one things for sure, everyone in my stores going to make sure they know the opposite. That they know the reality of what we’re dealing with. How cheap our lives are to you. Stop putting out ads that are such enormous lies until you do something to do right by us. Shame on you. Because shame for working for a company like this is what we feel every day.
