All senior staff are shady af. They all lie straight to your face. The CEO & COO are the worst and only care about theirselves. They use us to get ahead and don't do clean business. Claims are late, manipulated, and denied wrong. I can't wait to see these fools fail and get the boot. Just like the boot they given their employees. Rot in hell.

The system UHC is moving to will no longer deny the claim.... IF it’s wrong it will just sit in Limbo. They will NOT notify the medical facility of it so they will be stirring the pot over heated discussions with the patient to pay for the health insurance slack of ETHICS! I’m ready for a few lawsuits.
