There was no alternative slate of directors put forth by Vanguard, Blackrock or Elliott Management, so it's more of the same. Vanguard and Blackrock are the big dogs, each owning more that 7%. Randall kept the big dogs happy.
Things will remain the same with the rubber stamp Board of Directors with no checks or balances.
Voted no for Stephenson and opposite of what the board recommended except for the auditors
