why are people who are choosing to quarantine themselves receiving the same bonus as I am (I am continuing to work due to my husband being laid off). Employees who are working should be receiving a pay increase like many other companies are offering, due to us exposing ourselves to serve the public. The ones who choose to quarantine themselves should not be receiving the same bonus as us who are working on the front lines. TAKE CARE IF THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ACTUALLY WORKING!

Some don't have a choice whether they need to self quarantine bc they have been exposed. So why should those ppl not be entitled, they are still employed at Sam's/Walmart! Stop worrying about what ppl get!

No you are no longer toddlers. But you choose to " self quarantine" only on weekends and still feel you deserve all the bonuses.
that is why everyone else is paying the extra 2 dollars per hour to reward the one's who are showing up right now in our club people are working what ever they want leaving early only working a couple of days a week. They feel uncomfortable when it is convenient for them and nobody does anything about it.

Agreed. If you come to work you get the bonus, if not then you shouldn’t receive it. It is an incentive for coming to work and taking care of the Members in our communities during an incredibly tough time. So many Associates calling off and taking Loa puts even more stress on those who continue to come to work and do the right thing.
