I believe LLBO is the Leadership Legal and Banking Officers. In other words the bosses. Unfortunately they met again Thursday in Edmonton.
No surprise since the union folks are refusing work and encouraging employees to unnecessarily refuse work. I guess temp layoffs will be required throughout this time since they consider themselves non essential workers in some cases. Such a shame for the good ones!
