when management are for the most part, are so inexperienced and incompetent, always dodging to make decisions, never available for emergencies at the helm, its every man for themselves. hiring certain demographics for your own good, or company numbers is awful for morale. maybe you are hired due to the rampant nepotism, connected to the union or just in the click, things don't seem to be all that bad.
