Contingency plan for CCB Customer-Facing Employees

I've heard many people say that customers can always go through the drive-through if they need a teller but nobody seems to consider customers need change orders, need a banker or need maintenance on an account that can't be done over the phone.
There seems to be too much focus on the non-customer facing employees and little consideration for the employees who work in the branches and handle filthy cash, are coughed on by customer as they demonstrate how to use a device or deal with the "first of the month" customers who smell like Pig Pen on a good day.

Nor are they looking at the last few left over 60 employees in low paying jobs. They only care about this population when the hold higher paying jobs that the Chicago millenniums have no consideration for.
