Ive noticed the same few customers using some type of mobile app barcode that I scan on their phone to make unusually expensive purchase like thousands in gift cards iPads etc
Not apple or Samsung pay giving several exparation dates with each transaction
It makes me uncomfortable and I'm wondering if im doing the right thing by doing this

No this is a scam! I am a supervisor at sams club and this happened in our club you should never scan for payment. We do not accept smart pay.
It is fraud. We were warned last week by our club manager they they were hitting several clubs.
Listen to yourself!!! If it feels WRONG it probably is!!! TRUST YOUR GUT
Voice this concern in the club.. nothing anyone here can help with.
No, they have to have the physical card and gift card purchases are limited to $1,000.00, anything over that amount has to be ordered through H/O. If this person comes back to you, refuse the sale, call your MSL.
