Membership is suppose to be gone by the end of February. Hope so, they have made this job impossible by taking away the computers, copier, and the tools we need to do the job. iPads don't work a percentage of the time 🙄

I am the only Advantage coordinator, no team lead in my club and my CM asked where else would i like to work in the club, because I am not hitting my numbers. Sounds like he was trying to move me before letting me go. Please let us go!!!!

We were told by the GM that membership is going away to a 3rd party. We moved our member lead to a front end lead and were told not to fill the position. It is going away. The desk however is not going anywhere.

Just was told today I will be losing my marketing position after the next corporate March meeting. Get out of marketing now. You are just being held until the third party company takes over.

I don’t know where you got all this information but our team lead in marketing did not get a raise beyond the 2%.

Home office doesn't understand basic human nature. People hate technology, unless it is to their advantage, and Sam's Club membership desk isn't an advantage to anyone, members or staff.

I can't imagine what the gals in the membership office upstairs goes through.

Absolutely the members are not happy with waiting to finish up on one register. Most people don’t want to use iPads as forms of payment. I had so many complaints I’ve now have been saying 1-800 Walmart. I’m one who usually excepts changes but f— come on, I’d love for the id–t who wanted this concept to come work in the clubs.

I agree. It is hard enough without the tools plus we are competing with Sams Corporate too.
