Has PPTO cap been increased from 48 hrs?

Noticed today that I'm at 51 hrs of PPTO but isn't the cap 48?

We are needed every day for our shift because we're short handed. Scheduled the whole shift alone. We use this time because we earned it Some use it after being exhausted, sick and stressed or just plain can't roll out of bed. So just remembered 5 points were done let it build up so you have back up. Befriend the mgrs they have the hook up.

48 hours max per year and it carries over. It's unlimited for the ones the are dependable and never call out. It's up to you to have backup PPTO when needed. If you're not dependable and use it all then you may get let go. So for all you associates that think it's ok to call out or are late all the time. I don't feel sorry for you at all. You are needed every day for your shift.

You can earn up to 48 hours per year. If you don’t use your hours from last year then once the year starts over you’ll be able to add hours to what you already have.
