A lot of the posts about relocation and elimination of telecommuting are IT people. That effort predates Scharf by a couple years - that project started in 2018 and is not occurring in other units, although it could in the future. I have sympathy for them because it’s not their fault that WF is 10 years behind competitors. That is mostly the fault of cheap CEOs who didn’t invest in the company or employees.
