In 2018, we increased the minimum base pay in the U.S. to $15 an hour, which benefited approximately 36,000 team members!

Minimum wage laws passed in states and local governments are driving up wages, not the corporations.
And we don't cheer for a bank paying people, people work for that money.
It's not charity to pay people for their labor. Wells is not a hero for doing what they should have been doing all along.
It’s not so fun to see all of the amazing things that the company has done for their team members and communities. People on this blog won’t like seeing this information.
And they layed off 36,000 employee to help pay for that raise (and also legal fees and payouts)
