Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Bad times at RK Dixon

We just lost our IT Manager. This will directly affect the work we do with customers and we will start losing money. I expect more people will leave in the coming days and weeks and pretty soon RK Dixon won’t have managed services. Who will be next to go?

Internal IT were supposed to be outsourced to Wipro way before the HCL stuff. COTG lost their IT director a few weeks ago. Looks like Xerox is "rightsizing" that leadership tree like they did in service by removing multiple managers. Cores are consolidating and Xerox is pushing for their agendas instead of the local focus which was XBS. Why pay decision makers if Xerox doesn't want them to make decisions anymore.

I agree. This sounds like somebody from another core or just somebody who is reading posts and trying to sound like they have inside information. This is obviously somebody who has no idea what’s going on.

OK, I'm all for being transparent, but it sounds like someone who doesn't work at the company wrote this.

It sounds like you’re losing people every week there. Is it really that bad?
