Word is 10-20%. Lets hope its that extra 10% pad every manager works into the budget and then a real 10% cut.
And would some body please stir up those big spending engineers that think they are immune to budget cuts. Every last one I meet has some "small project" that's only $5-10k per pad. Its like they forgot 3rd grade math in college. $10k per pad site multiplied by 1000 pad is $10MM. That is beyond their scope of approval. But if you write it up per pad, its just a few grand, we're not talking real money...
